<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>1. Request for participation in the LiteBIRD collaboration forming procedure</em></span>
After the F2F Berkeley meeting of last December, it was decided to circulate a form for "Request for participation in the LiteBIRD collaboration forming procedure". The compilation of this form has been recently solicitated by Masashi Hazumi. As a result, the form has not been filled by all the external collaborators, while it has also been compiled by people without the status of external collaborators. We agreed to create a Google Doc document with the list of:
<ul>
<li>people that filled Nobu's form;</li>
<li>external collaborators (including people that have been proposed but not yet accepted as external collaborators);</li>
<li>experts, actively involved into the CDF study.</li>
</ul>
We agreed to restrict the list of people that filled the Nobu's form to external collaborators only. For this purpose, we will provide Masashi Hazumi with an updated list of external collaborators to be formally approved in the next SC telecon.
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>2. Request for new external collaborators</em></span>
Jian-Rong Gao has proposed Dr. Richard Hijmering as a new external collaborator. We agreed to consider him in the updated list of external collaborators to be approved in the next SC telecon. On the same line, we agreed to discuss new proposals coming from Spain and Sweden.
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>3. CDF study</em></span>
As discussed in the point 1. above, we agreed to provide a list of experts actively involved into the CDF study.
We agreed to postpone the update on the CDF study to the next SC telecon.
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>4. LiteBIRD meeting in Munich</em></span>
There will be a meeting at MPA in Garching from the 24th to the 27th of April 2018. This meeting will be dedicated to the interplay between JSGs, especially Foregrounds and Systematics. The meeting, restricted to LiteBIRD external collaborators, will start early in the afternoon of the 24th and will end late in the mornig of the 27th.
There will be today a telecon between the Foreground and Systematics JSGs conveners to better define the format and the program of the meeting. We agreed to ask Nobu to invite to the telecon Carlo Baccigalupi, Paolo Natoli and Guillame Patanchon.
The prelimininary information with program, venue and accomodatons will be circulated tomorrow the 10th, or Wednesday the 11th at most.
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em> Next telecon</em></span>
We agreed to circulate a Doodle for defining date and time of the next SC telecon to be held early next week. |
